Casey Stoner ahead of the pack Saturday morning

In cooler temperatures and better grip conditions the day before, the premier class, prepared to lower their times in all areas, with Ben Spies (Yamaha Factory Racing) was the first drop below the 1′40 “barrier at 20 minutes. The Texan was followed almost immediately by Casey Stoner (Repsol Honda) 1′39 .538 time which remains the fastest lap of FP3. Repsol Honda rider Dani Pedrosa was third and the last to enter the of 1.39, their time of 1′39 .896 set on lap 18 placed him third in the output, followed by Marco Simoncelli (San Carlo Honda Gresini Team) with a 1 ‘40,301 and Andrea Dovizioso (Repsol Honda) 0.025s behind Simoncelli in the fifth.
The sixth fastest in FP3 with a best time of 1′40. 438 was the American Colin Edwards in his Monster Yamaha Tech 3 machine, the Texan was a split second ahead of Jorge Lorenzo (Yamaha Factory Racing) in the seventh and two tenths ahead of Valentino Rossi (Ducati Marlboro Team). Time 1′40 .698 Rossi set his final lap the Italian Ducati took the position of first in the ranking, team mate Nicky Hayden finished 11th.
Alvaro Bautista (Rizla Suzuki) went off the runway and was helped off the gravel and returned to the track, the Spanish were able to set a time of 1′40 .916 on his final lap to the place we say.
