Alvaro Bautista will try to end the 2011 season on a positive note after a difficult past ten days for everyone involved in MotoGP.

The Spanish rider approaches his home race in Valencia with the intention of turning his good recent form a satisfactory result, and also strive to put on a display to honor the memory of the late Marco Simoncelli.

“I have really wanted to go to the Valencia race. It was a difficult time for all of us from Sepang, but I’m ready for the final race and the fact that it is in my country always makes it a special occasion,” said Bautista .

“I’ve done well in recent races, and my Suzuki has been very good, but the results have not reached what we have to put that right. My goal for the weekend is to fight the best, finishing the race with a good results and are dedicated to Marco. We had many great battles together - I will use these positive memories in Valencia. “

Pedrosa celebrates 400th victory for the Spanish Grand Prix racing and gave the Repsol Honda team its first victory in Motegi, the Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday. It is also Honda’s first victory at this track since Makoto Tamada won aboard his Camel Honda team in 2004. Joining Pedrosa on the podium accepting the trophy for builders was Mr. Takanobu Ito - President, CEO and Representative Director of Honda.

The three Honda Repsol made a fantastic start and led the race as a pack of the first four laps until Stoner experienced a large quake on the fifth lap and ran track. Dovizioso took the race, but took a ride through penalty for a jump start. Pedrosa took the lead and improved its pace lap by lap to take a comfortable win by over seven seconds ahead of Lorenzo. Stoner made his way back up the field to finish on the podium. After his sentence, Dovizioso got back in the fast pace and had a great battle with Marco Simoncelli on the last two laps of the fourth, but was overtaken by Simoncelli on the last lap.

Dani Pedrosa:
“I am very happy with this victory, the team has been working very well for HRC because this is the first victory in Motegi with Repsol Honda Team and me, it is the first time I won here in MotoGP after doing 125cc and 250cc. The race was strange at first, with Stoner and Dovi fast in the first round, they moved away and then Casey had a problem and Andrea had a walk through its initial boost. I only compared with about Lorenzo, but I tried to put my head down and push at every turn to get away. I’m happy because this track I’ve had a mixture of good and bad results and some serious injuries, so they come back a year later and win in MotoGP is great. ”

Casey Stoner
“The weekend had gone so well for us and gave us a great start and was able to get a small advantage. Andrea did very well in soft compound tire and we knew our work well towards the end of the race, so the pace we had at that time I was very comfortable. When I left the back straight I got a wobble on the bike, we got to the big bump and the striker rattled the bar almost fell out of my hands. I the brakes and there was nothing there, so I had to pump up a couple of times, when they pumped a second time if I pulled over the front and I was lucky to be on the bike. Luckily I avoided hitting the wall at the end of the gravel trap, but it’s really disappointing as we had the bike to win here by day, but in the end I think I should be grateful that we were able to get back on a podium after other people’s misfortunes and mistakes on the track. I have really wanted to go to Phillip Island and now to see what we can get there, I have an advantage in the championship to protect, but I also want to win races. ”

Andrea Dovizioso
“I can not believe. I’ve never had a false start in my career and what happened today in a race where I felt I could fight for victory! Do not know why the bike was moving a bit before green light, but I realized immediately and is expected to travel through. In the first laps I had a good feeling and was working hard because I knew that was the only rider up there with the soft tires, in my opinion, this was the best option today and I was catching Casey. Then Casey went wide and I was leading the race, but unfortunately did not last long. When I met after the journey through pushed hard, but it is not the same as when you’re fighting for the win. In the last five laps the rear tire began to decline and was no longer able to be fast in the middle of the corner. Moreover, Simoncelli recovered and was behind me, I did my best to defend my position but could not. I am very disappointed and I am sure that today could have fought for victory, we can see the final difference Dani is similar to the time it took to do the walk through. Sorry for the team, did a great job and I was competitive. It is also a shame for the championship points, however I hope that in Phillip Island, because once again proved to be fast. “

After agreeing a new contract with San Carlo Gresini Honda and HRC in Motegi Marco Simoncelli was again underway on Monday after a Grand Prix test bittersweet for 1000 cc motorcycle that will run next year. It was a great opportunity to discover the potential of the RC213V and give advice to the Human Rights Council, and was a fun day for Marco, who now heads to the Philippines for a short break before the next round of World Championship MotoGP at Phillip Island in Australia.

Marco Simoncelli
“The big day finally came and I had the opportunity to test the bike that will ride the Team San Carlo Honda Gresini colors next year. It was a fantastic experience out of the RC213V and would like to thank HRC for the opportunity. I completed 50 laps and quickly felt confident with the new bike, setting similar times back to the RC212V. At the end of the day I gave my opinion and suggestions, which I hope will be important in the development of the bike here. Now I’m taking a few days relaxing on the island of Boracay in the Philippines before the next race at Phillip Island. “

After the publication of the morning the third fastest time, Nicky Hayden finished the day in sixth place, less than six tenths of the leader Dani Pedrosa. Valentino Rossi, who still works in the configuration with the new chassis introduced in Aragon, steadily improved the setup of your bike and time to finish eighth.

Both drivers are quite satisfied with the first day but are aware that tomorrow must continue to improve in order to further reduce the gap in the front.

Nicky Hayden (Ducati), sixth (1:47.381)
“I had fun riding the bike today, and that’s important. This morning was very encouraging, because I could not ride comfortably and does not really make many changes throughout the day. I every time I have a little faster, but the rest made a bigger jump in the afternoon. I’ve certainly had worse Friday this year, but we have a long way to go if we want to be near the front of Sunday afternoon. We have a few small ideas to try to improve the bike under braking. For Ducati has worked hard to try to help, it would be nice to give a result they deserve. ”

Valentino Rossi (Ducati), eighth (1:47.975)
“We have made progress with the bike all day and as a result, we improved our lap times dropping below 1′48″. The pace is still far from the top, but not bad for now. There are several things to resolve but we’re definitely not in the situation they were in Aragon, where we had big problems with rear grip. That is not the case here. We have worked in the distribution of weight, the weight of the front a bit more, and better. Tomorrow we have to try to fall in the low 1:47 range. That is our goal. Nicky is already there, although he chose to ride around with the soft tires. The track is good. Asphalt has a good grip, and they did a good job. ”

World Champion Jorge Lorenzo had a solid start in the first session, wrapping it in fifth place just over six tenths of first. The Mallorcan rider left the game session for stability of his YZR-M1 under braking and was also looking for more edge grip. The second session saw improvements in the game to take his time by seven tenths of a second, reducing the gap a little at first a little more than five tenths of a second.

Team Lorenzo, his teammate Ben Spies struggled to perform since his arrival in Japan after suffering severe food poisoning on the way to the U.S.. Treatment with last night the Clinica Mobile helped Americans find the strength to practice in the morning, finishing in eighth place, 0.9 seconds ahead. Exhaustion is in, leading to an early end to the afternoon session after just five laps. The team will continue to work closely with the mobile clinic today and tomorrow morning to improve the condition of Spies and endurance for the race on Sunday.

Jorge Lorenzo:
“We have improved the lap time enough in the morning to the afternoon session, but still not enough, competition is very strong here. It will be a very difficult weekend to fight for the podium and victory. We are trying some things on the bike to improve stability under braking and in corners. We found a little, but still need to find some more! We are the fifth, it could be worse today. ”

Ben Spies:
“What a shocking start to the weekend I do not think I’ve been as sick as I was on the way here, I’m not allowed near the plane. I’m getting my strength gradually thanks to the big boys in the clinic, but not enough to ride properly in the second session. I started to get tunnel vision on the line and felt it was too dangerous to be there. I am working with the clinic today and tomorrow and I’m sure things will be a little better for qualifying and the race. I am sorry for my team and all the Japanese fans who came to see today. “

Stoner celebrates not only the fastest recording position pole (1′48 .451) and race the fastest lap (1′49 .046) MotorLand in the circuit, but also took victory number 100 for the Repsol team Honda since the association was formed in 1995, where fellow Australian Mick Doohan won the first race for the team at Eastern Creek HRC.

Dani Pedrosa completed the podium for the team 1-2 with a comfortable margin over Jorge Lorenzo. Unfortunately, his team mate Andrea Dovizioso fell in the first round and could not continue.

Championship leader Stoner now enjoys a margin of 44 points ahead of Lorenzo in second place, with Dovizioso in third place behind Pedrosa and close in the fourth.

The Championship now heads east to Japan for about fifteen years in Motegi on 2 October, where she contracted with riders Shinichi Ito HRC enter as a wildcard entry in the HRC team, Kousuke Akiyoshi while traveling along Toni Elias for LCR to show support to the affected area of eastern Japan.

Casey Stoner
“Before the race everyone was a little cautious with the wind picking up after the morning warm up and the conditions being very different from what we saw this weekend. This was in our minds, also heating of the hard tires to make sure everything was fine for the start of the race. Our start was pretty normal, I pulled to the left a little in the beginning and managed to avoid hitting Dani, but Ben went outside and finished third or fourth at turn one, but from there we were able to establish and feel comfortable with the bike. I wanted to get to the front as soon as possible, since the bike has been working perfect all weekend and that was the race to lose, so I tried to cope and make a hole. Dani spent as soon as I could and tried to pull that gap, Dani kept me in the early stages, but gradually I was able to put in a hole and career management. I think everyone was struggling with the tires to an extent, but the bike was great and I do not care when the bike slides a bit! A great, great, thanks to the team and take the victory hundredth of Repsol Honda’s something special. ”

Dani Pedrosa:
“We have seen in practice that Casey was very fast here and it was also true in the race. I was losing a few tenths in the first sector and was not able to bridge the gap from the other parts of the lap. The second half of the race I was sliding all the time and I had a little fun, but it was a shame not to be closer to Casey, who had many problems with the rear tire during the race. My priority was to control the difference with the spies and George in the final laps and get another podium. We were the second in the last three races, which is not bad, but we continue to improve in the coming races. ”

Andrea Dovizioso
“I made a small slide, but fast on the first turn right, the whole weight was in the front, was unable to control the bike and I immediately lost as the front tire was not yet in temperature. It is very disappointing to see his career in the second corner of the first round, after all the hard work over the weekend. It’s a shame because we had the pace to fight for the podium and the team did a good job. Aragon leaving without scoring any points is also bad for the championship. We’re still in third place, with a fifteen-point advantage over Dani, but now we must return to the podium and have good results. Last year we had a strong finish of the season, especially in Japan and Malaysia, so I hope that family doctors to come. “

Edwards is looking forward to racing in front of their fans for the second time in just over a month, the Indianapolis round comes just after finishing eighth in the last U.S. Grand Prix on the track at Laguna Seca in California. The Texan is particularly want to check the inner section of the circuit of 2,620 miles, which has been completely resurfaced in preparation for round 12 of the MotoGP World Championship 2011.

Hopes for 37 years, consolidated its position in the top 10 in the World Championship qualifying, while strengthening its attempt to eliminate non-lead pilot plant this year in Indianapolis. Currently on an impressive run of six consecutive top-10 results to sit in ninth place ahead of 28-lap race on Sunday.

The race this weekend Crutchlow presents another difficult experience, but learning fascinating. The British driver has never seen the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which is steeped in motorsport history and world famous for hosting the Indy 500, but is eager to work with Yamaha Tech 3, the monster of the crew after a session positive tests in the Brno circuit recently.

Crutchlow made improvements in that front-end of his Yamaha YZR-M1 machine and is determined to end a run of disappointing results in Indianapolis to make his bid for Rookie of the prestige of the crown of the new year on track .

Colin Edwards:
“Racing at home in the United States for the second time in a few weeks is amazing and I’m really looking forward to this weekend. The preparation for the Indianapolis race is always very special because it has the mystique and history of the place and I love that part of it. The folks at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway have done a fantastic job in the success of MotoGP fans and I hope to see an exciting show this weekend. The track is not too technical or demanding, but I have really wanted to ride the new pavement in the table. We all know that was quite irregular in parts, but we have taken comments on board and do something to improve, which is great. I’m in a constant race results at the moment and is expected to continue this weekend. I would be a tall order and drove in the first six a bit more, but the guys in front of me every week are motorcycle factory, so I think all of us inside the Monster Yamaha Tech 3 team is doing their best to do the best job possible. ”

Cal Crutchlow:
“I have really wanted to go to Indy, because I’ve heard a lot about what a fantastic facility is the Motor Speedway. But without any previous experience of riding there, I’m anticipating another difficult challenge. I’m just enjoying it, because although I am determined to put an end to this difficult period in the championship. I have enough points in recent races so I am eager to learn Indy, but also get a good result there. The Yamaha is a good bike, the Monster Yamaha Tech 3 The team is great, and I believe in my own ability, so we have to put all the ingredients to deliver the performance we know we’re capable of. The test after Brno race was very beneficial as it allowed us to work in the bike a lot and could focus on adapting my style more. We have more ideas to help us in the future, so hopefully a good result this weekend will help me create a good season finale. “

Rizla Suzuki is on the way Americans for 12th round of the MotoGP World Championship 2011 to be held at the famous Indianapolis circuit in America. Alvaro Bautista is looking to continue with the enormous potential that has been shown by him and the Suzuki GSV-R is the last races. Seemed likely to struggle to finish in the five last time out at Brno, before lady luck a chance he stole and crashed into him. He is in a determined mood and focused on getting a good qualifying position on Saturday to give you a better chance to get away with the fast group come race day and show what he and Rizla Suzuki are capable of.

Alvaro Bautista:
“We have certainly made some strides with the GSV-R in recent races, but we still have to work on things in Indianapolis. We have to find out the true potential of the bike and I have to improve my performance in qualifying session. It is hard to see if we can compete with the guys at the front, if I’m starting at the back of the grid and I have to use much time and energy to reach them. These are things that we are determined to do and if we succeed in them, who knows what the bike and the team are capable of producing. I finished eighth in Indianapolis last year and I know we can do better than that now with the package we have. I’ll be pushing from the beginning and trying to do all the hard work we have done in recent races give us a good outcome in the United States. ”

On Thursday before the start of the weekend GP AMA Supersport rider Elena Myers run some laps on the prototype GSV-R on the track.

Randy de Puniet, eighth, 1′23 .135:
“It was a good first day. We have improved for the seventh tenths of a second over this morning and this has given us good expectations for the next two days. I really liked the track today, we have tried many solutions, but as rear tire that kept the same during the session could not improve further in the closing laps. I’m sure. ”

Loris Capirossi 1′24 .566 16 º:
“In the afternoon, it was probably more difficult because it only took a painkiller to try to understand my real physical condition. I found it more difficult because I could not ride as the first free practice session. Tomorrow will not be easy, but I’m here to assemble and give the maximum to get on the timesheets. “
